I had been on the lookout for a cozy 3-bedroomed apartment as I wanted to move away from my parent's home after my marriage. Someone told me about Sita Properties and I contacted them. Today, I am well-settled in my own apartment which is what I had been dreaming about all these years.
I was indeed very surprised at the quick response that I received from them and within three days of my calling them I was given a list of apartments that suited my needs. The loan was arranged and all the formalities regarding possession, registration and possession of the flat were completed by them to my entire satisfaction.

After my husband's death, my son insisted that I should immigrate to the U.S. and stay with him there since there was no one to look after me here. Our company had decided to expand its activities by opening a showroom in Faridabad and I had to make all the arrangements. I contacted Sita Properties and gave them my requirements regarding the showroom that we wanted to rent such as the preferred location, the amount of space required by us, our budget and other infrastructure requirements.
I was surprised when I got a call from them the very next day and they told me that they had located three locations that could suit us. We fixed an appointment and they took me to those three places. The place that we liked was just what we were looking for but its rent was quite high. We quoted our higher limit and asked the representative of Sita Properties to negotiate on our behalf.
I must appreciate their bargaining skills as they were able to get us the place although at a slightly higher rent than our budget but we got something more than what we were looking for.

Our company had decided to open a subsidiary factory in Faridabad and I had to find a suitable factory shed that had the required amount of Power connection and enough open area where trucks could park for loading and offloading goods. My friend had heard of Sita properties and he asked me to try them for finding a shed. I called them and gave them my requirements.
It took them about a week to locate the right factory shed and we were taken there by their representative. We found that it was just what we wanted and after three sessions of negotiations we were able to settle a proper price for this shed. This was about a year ago and we are lucky that we bought it at that time as the prices have gone up considerably since then. Throughout the negotiations, the reps of Sita Properties were of great help as they gave very valuable suggestions throughout.
